Se que dure mucho tiempo en escribir la
nota de mis resultados con el autobronceador que estuve buscando pero la verdad
tuve que darme un tiempo ya que probé tres productos para darles un poco de
variedad. Como ya les había comentado, para mi es muy difícil broncearme por
eso me pareció buena idea explorar la opción de usar un autobronceador o self-tanner. A continuación, mis resultados.

que mi favorito fue el autobronceador L’Oreal Dermo-Expertise Sublime Bronze
Self-Tanning Gelée. Las invito a que lean mi experiencia con cada uno.

Bronzer
La formula de este autobronceador me
pareció demasiado espesa y pegajosa. La sentí como una mezcla de loción y gel.
Para mi fue muy difícil distribuir la loción uniformemente por mi cuerpo. A
consecuencia de eso termine con rayas en mis piernas y brazos. También los
nudillos de mis dedos y mis tobillos quedaron mas oscuros que el resto de mi
cuerpo. El color me pareció muy
amarillo y en los lugares mas oscuros se vio un tono naranja. El color es muy fuerte y se empieza a notar casi instantáneamente. Lo único que me gusto de
este autobronceador es que la formula tiene brillo o glitter y noté que aun después de bañarme quedo brillo en mi piel.

Moisturizer Fair to Medium
Este producto lo compré porque esta loción
oscurece tu piel gradualmente y después de haber tenido la mala experiencia del
autobronceador anterior con el cual mi piel se cambio de color rápidamente, pensé
que algo gradual sería buena idea. ¡Perdí la paciencia! Quería lucir bronceada
dentro de dos o tres aplicaciones pero la verdad yo no noté la diferencia hasta cuatro
o cinco días de aplicación. Compré Fair to Medium, tal vez si hubiese probado el Medium to
Tan hubiese visto resultados mas
pronto. Aparte de la lentitud, el
aroma de esta loción, para mi gusto, es demasiado fuerte. Cabe mencionar que mi sentido de olfato
es muy sensible, así que tal vez el olor no sera una molestia para otras
personas. El producto funciona, tiene buen color pero realmente es gradual y es un poco tardío. Creo que esta loción es una buena opción para usar como parte de tu
rutina después de bañarte para mantener un resplandor en tu piel durante todo el año, especialmente
durante el invierno.

Self-Tanning Gelée
Este gel definitivamente fue mi
favorito. Sentí que duro un poco
mas tiempo en secarse a comparación de las lociones y al no secarse
completamente se siente un poco pegajoso pero nada en comparación con lo
pegajoso que se sintió el L’Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze Luminous Bronzer. Aparte de eso, la
formula de este autobronceador me encanto! Es un gel pero se desliza en la
piel tan fácilmente que pareciera aceite. Por lo tanto es muy fácil de
distribuir uniformemente. Como ya había
tenido una mala experiencia en mis nudillos y tobillos con el otro
autobronceador, después de aplicarme el gel en mi cuerpo me lave las manos asegurándome
de haber quitado el producto completamente. Después tome un algodón y le puse
gel. Distribuí una capa delgada en mis manos y pies usando el algodón para
difundir mas fácilmente. Pude ver la diferencia dentro de dos o tres horas. Con tan solo una aplicación luces un resplandor ligero y natural, dos aplicaciones y te
da un lindo bronceado total. El tono de este autobronceador me pareció muy natural.
Y bueno esos fueron mis resultados. Tomen
en cuenta que tal vez lo que funciona para una persona no funciona para otra así
que si usan alguno de estos productos cuéntenme su experiencia. También hay productos en Sephora y/o en
Ulta que funcionan muy bien pero para esta nota quise enfocarme en productos mas economicos que puedes encontrar fácilmente en farmacias como Walgreens y CVS y tiendas
como Target y Walmart. Espero esta nota les ayude un poco al escoger un
autobronceador. ¡Suerte!

I know it took me a while to write a
review on the self-tanner I was in search for. I ended up buying three products
and felt I had to give myself enough time to try them all and be able to give a fair review. As I
mentioned before, it’s very difficult for me to tan so I recently decided to
explore the “self-tanning” option, here are my results!

To not prolong the suspense I must
confess that my favorite one of all three was the
L’Oreal Dermo-Expertise Sublime Bronze
Self-Tanning Gelée. Now I invite you to read about my experience with each
product.
***L’Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze Luminous
Bronzer
The formula of this self-tanner was too
thick and very sticky. It was hard
for me to spread it on my body evenly. Because of that I ended up with
noticeable lines on my legs and arms. My knuckles and ankles ended up darker
than the rest of my body too. Overall the color, which was a little too yellow in
some parts and a little too orange in others, did not seem natural at all.
Noticeable results were fast, though patchy. This self-tanner would have been
good if the color was more natural and if it were easier to apply evenly. I
also liked that the formula had a lot glitter in it, even after bathing I saw
glitter on my skin, and I love shimmer on my skin!

Moisturizer Fair to Medium
I bought this product because it
advertized a gradual color build-up and after having a bad experience with the self-tanner I previously tried that colored my skin so fast, I thought that a
gradual build-up of color would be a good idea. Although this self-tanner does provide a nice natural build-up of color, I lost my patience! I wanted
the product to work after two or three aplications but it took four or five for
me to begin to see a difference. I
did buy the Fair to Medium lotion, perhaps if I would have tried the Medium to Tan one
I would have seen faster results. Besides the time it took for me to notice some color, the scent
of this self-tanner is really strong for my taste. To be fair, I do have a keen sense of smell so maybe the smell
won’t be something that bothers other people. If it wasn’t because of the smell
I would probably use this as part of my daily routine after showers to keep a
healthy glow throughout the year especially during winter.
***L’Oreal Dermo-Expertise Sublime Bronze
Self-Tanning Gelée
This gel was definitely my favorite even
though I prefer self-tanners to dry fast and this one felt like it took a little longer to dry in comparison to the lotions,
maybe because it’s a gel. Also, if its not completely dry it does feel sticky
though not as sticky ast the L’Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze Luminous
Bronzer but here’s why I loved it: The
formula, amazing! This gel goes on
like oil. It’s so easy to apply
evenly thorugout your skin. Since
I had that bad experience with the other self-tanner on my knuckles and ankles
this time after applying the gel throughout my body I washed my hands
thoroughly and then applied some gel to a cotton ball. I used the cotton ball
to spread and evenly blend a thin layer on my hands and feet. That worked perfectly. I was able to see the difference in
color in abut two or three hours. The
color looks very natural! If you want a healthy glow you can achieve that with one
application, two or three applications will give you a total tan and it smells
great!
So those were my results. Keep in mind
that everyone is different and what works for one person might not work for
another or vice versa so if you use any of these products share your thoughts
with me! You can also find a lot of great self-tanners at Sephora and/or Ulta.
However, they’re a lot pricier.
For this blog entry I wanted to
focus on more affordable products that can easily be found at pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS
or stores like Target and Walmart. I hope this review helps when choosing a
